屋主的最难忘经历硬装毕业的时候，一场意外悄然而至：出门居然忘记关掉屋顶花园的水！！为了通风，落地窗也没有关，于是... 凑巧高压水枪的接口，水管脱落；凑巧脱落的水管，回弹到窗内；凑巧那几天，全家人外出，当回来的时候，心情直接来了个过山车，二楼已经全部被水泡，顺着楼梯蔓延到一层，幸好，幸好下方是卫生间。于是，搬家整整被推迟了2个月，地板、楼梯、实木套装门、乳胶漆全部做更换，很遗憾当时水漫金山时没有拍照片。友情提示：新房装修，没有人在时，千万别忘记拉下水闸。
