近日，全球最负盛名的地产奖项之一，美国TITAN Property Awards 公布获奖名单，经过专业评审机构的严格评选，桓墅空间艺术设计机构作品《凡尔赛600m²-当代中式·君子如玉》从全球众多参赛作品中脱颖而出，荣获2021美国TITAN地产大奖室内设计类【铂金奖】
Recently, one of the most prestigious real estate awards in the world, TITAN Property Awards of the United States announced the winners. After strict selection by professional evaluation agencies, Versailles 600m²- Contemporary Chinese Gentleman Ruyu, a work by Huanshu Space Art Design Institute, stood out from many entries in the world and won the 2021 TITAN Real Estate Award for Interior Design [Platinum Award]

The design theme of Tian Ailing's project team: introduce the elements of retro classics into contemporary space, express artistry by means of contradiction collision, combine the life attitude of tradition and modern philosophy, collide with new content that belongs to future interest, redefine classics and express dreamy and infectious emotional space.
美国TITAN地产大奖是美国国际奖项协会（IAA）旗下的又一大奖，由屡获奖项殊荣的交流专家组成，致力于聚焦、推进和激发创意创新，通过建立新的“杰出”标准来评估围绕设计媒介、生产和发行所衍生的方方面面。
TITAN Real Estate Award is another award under the American International Awards Association (IAA). It is composed of communication experts who have won many awards. It is dedicated to focusing on, promoting and stimulating creative innovation, and evaluating all aspects arising from design media, production and distribution by establishing new "outstanding" standards.

构建600平方米的大宅，通过将中式线型组织、对称留白意境置于当代空间，重新组织传统经典与当代对话。
运用不同层次变化的自然染色特殊处理的科技木结合玛格定制的技术，呈现比纯人造化板材更自然的肌理、更温暖的触感。原始空间碍眼的大承重柱，通过功能规划成为自然空间分隔，简化中式线型构成，巧妙修饰于无形、同时修平原来土建墙面基础的严重错位不平整，铺陈出既有大宅气质又不乏居家温情的当代中式风范。
从硬装规划到软陈布局，犹如范宽的溪山行旅图，近景如细节清晰占据表达的1/3，远景如空间架构意境悠远占据表达的2/3。树与叶如材质质感与色彩搭配，采用夹叶的“刚”与点叶的“柔”营造出利落静默之姿；善用雨点皴和积墨法，犹如空间点线面，以造成如行走于崇山之间的层峦叠嶂之感、于室内空间转承起合间的一气呵成之意蕴。
