1、客厅公共区域，将原阳台区扩进客厅，让客厅整个空间更宽敞通透。

2、位于客厅旁边的两个小房间，将非承重墙位置拆除，规划了两个开放空间（开放书房和儿童玩耍区），拆除墙体之后，南北通透，整个公区的视野更舒服，动线更加清晰合理。

3、厨房做成开放式厨房，联动客厅餐厅一体空间，把原来生活阳台打通，增加了厨房的使用面积。

4、将主卧旁边的房间套进主卧，作为一个衣帽收纳区，增加了储物空间，以及满足业主对于衣帽间的需求。

客厅空间打开之后开阔通透，整个色调以浅色为主，让空间更加明亮，在门洞墙面增加弧形元素以及家具的一些弧形造型选择，使整个空间更柔和。客厅的边吊加主灯，以及线条衬托，凸显出风格和空间的层次感。

位于客厅右方的是书房和玩耍区，一墙之隔的两个空间在一种动静的对比中呈现。书房采用圆弧形异形吊顶“凹造型”，视觉上拔高层高，增加开阔感，配合线性灯，奠定温和、舒适的空间基调。拱门形式的开放式书柜，黑色深邃，营造温柔慵懒的复古氛围。
