本案位于重庆渝北区，150㎡的私宅设计，步入小区就有一种闲适之感。三代同堂，业主父母，孩子共同居住。对于家庭住宅来说，好的设计布局能够在无形中促进家庭成员的交流与和睦。

This case is located in Yubei District, Chongqing, and entering the community gives a sense of leisure. A private residence design with an area of 150 square meters, three generations living together, with the owners the long dust of returning from the journey or the fatigue of returning at night, they can all settle here and get integrated rest.

我们划分了功能区域，从视觉上创建出空间的秩序感与仪式感；由墙及顶，留白的处理手法；对比例、光线、材料的细节把控，透过不同肌理的碰撞，给人以充盈的感官体验，为空间刻下时光的印记，营造诗意与静谧气质。

We have divided functional areas to visually create a sense of order and ritual in the space; The technique of leaving blank spaces on walls and roofs; By controlling the details of proportion, lighting, and materials, and through the collision of different textures, it provides a rich sensory experience, leaving a mark of time on the space and creating a poetic and tranquil atmosphere.

本案是旧房翻新的项目，在设计初期跟业主聊起以前他自装的房子，已有一些设计搭配上的意识，但大部分是从局部和小处出发，整体感偏弱。所以再装新房，在硬软装的整体协配上有了一定要求和认知，也托付于专业。在这个项目里，空间平面布局下了很大的功夫，平衡起居动线，但在顶面和立面上却是极简处理，只在墙体和梁的建筑结构关系上做了一些节奏变化，在保证各空间的尺度功能和视觉统一的前提，更多的留白给到软装陈设来丰满观感与触感的层次。

This case is a renovation project for an old house. In the early stages of the design, I talked to the owner about the house and photos he had previously installed himself. I had some awareness of design coordination, but most of it started from local and small areas, and the overall feeling was weak. So when installing a new house, there are certain requirements and awareness in the overall coordination of hard and soft decoration, and it is also entrusted to the profession. In this project, a great deal of effort was put into the spatial layout, balancing the living and movement lines. However, the top and facade were treated in a minimalist manner, with only some rhythmic changes made in the architectural structure relationship between the walls and beams. While ensuring the scale, function, and visual consistency of each space, more space was left for soft furnishings to enrich the visual and tactile levels.

全案整体设计就在于平衡不同板块在完整空间上的一个尺度平衡关系。并根据不同属性及需求提前来分配适配比例，从而让其诗意的梦想成为现实。

The overall design of the entire project aims to balance the scale balance relationship between different plates in the complete space. And allocate the adaptation ratio in advance according to different attributes and needs, so as to make their poetic dreams a reality.

原本由三个卧室、客餐厅、入户院馆、厨房居中的布局组成。最大的问题是厨房采光暗且弱。重新布局设计上最大的改动，是把厨房移到了原来院馆的位置，一是离原厨房近，排烟排水的问题得以解决；二是采光上得到极大提升，心理感受也得到很好的照顾；厨房的环境变得敞亮。

The original layout consisted of three bedrooms, a dining room, an entrance courtyard, and a central kitchen. The biggest problem is the dark and weak lighting in the kitchen. The biggest change in the re layout design is to move the kitchen to the original location of the courtyard. Firstly, it is closer to the original kitchen and solves the problem of smoke exhaust and drainage; Secondly, the lighting has been greatly improved and the psychological feelings have been well taken care of; The kitchen environment has become bright and spacious.

第二个布局亮点是，在原来三个卧室的基础上做了尺度上的优化，把卧室休息区和客餐厨功能区中间分离出一个缓冲的过道区，分离缓冲空间动静关系，同时增加了空间的灵动和趣味性，所有的房间门和卫生间门都隐藏在了过道空间。

The second highlight of the layout is the optimization of the scale on the basis of the original three bedrooms. A buffer aisle area is separated between the bedroom rest area and the dining and kitchen functional area, separating the dynamic and static relationship of the buffer space. At the same time, the flexibility and fun of the space are increased, and all room and bathroom doors are hidden in the aisle space.

公共空间是一个大环绕和小环绕的动线的开敞空间，提升在进入空间的视野感，同时在其中人与人的交流互动自然流畅，满足业主喜欢宽敞通透，明亮的需求。顺应客厅墙体的结构设计了一个鞋帽空间和游戏书房的空间，满足多功能使用。

A public space is an open space with both large and small surrounding lines, enhancing the sense of vision upon entering the space. At the same time, the interaction between people is natural and smooth, meeting the needs of homeowners for spacious, transparent, and bright spaces. Designed a shoe and hat space and a gaming study space that conforms to the structure of the living room wall, meeting the needs of multifunctional use.

在色调上和材质上，全屋整体柔纱色调，柜面木调穿插做为中间色块层次，石材流动温润，软陈局部重色，增加空间的稳定，统调中凸显层次质感。整体给人宁静内敛又不失随性的松弛感。引入植物为家增添生机。
In terms of color tone and material, the whole house has a soft gauze color tone, and the cabinet wood tone is interspersed as the middle layer of color blocks. During the flow and warm interweaving of stone, the soft and aged parts are heavily colored, increasing the stability of the space and maintaining a layered texture in the overall coordination. Overall, it gives a sense of tranquility, introverted yet casual relaxation. Introducing plants to add vitality to the home.

开放式布局，软陈塑造动线，灵活而增进亲密感。或家人围合或三五好友对坐谈笑风声，或闲暇一人斜倚某处的安静，看墙上的光阴铺陈，均得到允许和照顾。哑光皮质舒适而包裹，浅调橡木样式别致拼花处理，深浅金属点缀，一两件铜质物件，述说主人的气质。
Open layout, soft display shapes the flow, flexible and enhances intimacy. Family members gather together, friends sit together and chat and laugh, or in leisure time, one person leans against the quiet of a certain place, watching the time on the wall, all are allowed and taken care of. Matte leather is comfortable and wrapped, with a light toned oak style and unique patchwork treatment. It is adorned with deep and light metal embellishments, and one or two copper objects, all expressing the owner's temperament.

改造后的餐厅宽敞，开间明亮，前期商讨就不想用常规圆桌，显得有些索然无味。继续深入，逐渐有了眉目，三角异形最为合适，但也不想太为抢眼，桌腿收为柱式。开始推敲细节，整体石材或者岩板，打理层面是好，但面积过大，肤感视觉均冰冷，最终选定木材，又遵从国人的用餐习惯，自创上圆形石材转盘，触感和功能两全，美事！

The renovated restaurant is spacious and bright, but during the initial discussions, we didnt want it to be too eye-catching. The table legs are folded into a column shape. Starting to scrutinize the details, the overall stone or rock slab has good surface care, but the area is too large and the skin feels cold visually. Finally, we chose the wood and followed the dining habits of the Chinese people. We created a circular stone turntable, which is not convenient and has both touch and function, making it a beautiful thing!

落成时容量之大可坐10人，等边斜坐，互不干扰。四周动线留有刚刚好的尺度。粉调画面流动，破除木调的沉闷，浪漫又饱含热情，给用餐氛围以丰盛之感的祝福。
When completed, the capacity can accommodate up to 10 people, sitting diagonally on equal sides without interfering with each other. The surrounding movement lines have just the right scale left. The powder tone screen flows, breaking away from the dullness of the wooden tone. It is romantic and full of enthusiasm, giving a rich blessing to the dining atmosphere.

拱形门洞穿入，意趣不失仪式感。床头柜是业主跟随多年踏遍山野的铝皮箱，其上岁月的痕迹自带哑光沙感，跟黑色皮革，新旧交替，新家又见深意。

The arched doorway penetrates, with a sense of ritual rather than ceremony, creating a serene atmosphere. The bedside table is an aluminum leather box that the owner has followed for many years to explore the mountains and wilderness. The traces of time on it have a matte sand feel, and with black leather, it alternates between old and new, and the new home has a deep meaning.

打磨得光滑圆润的实木树屋，同时贴合顶上的斜屋结构，以及其上的星球风铃装置，均由业主亲手为孩子组装，装满浓浓爱意。
The polished and round solid wood treehouse, along with the sloping roof structure and the planet wind chime device on it, are all assembled by the owner themselves, filled with strong love.
