这是为老年父母、中年夫妻、一对小儿女三代共居一室打造的家。原户型面积不算大，又是叠拼下叠，原始负楼层几乎没有采光面，比较潮湿，楼梯间黑暗狭窄步陡，要满足5个休息功能房，以及孩子们的学习厅、家庭多功能厅、和常规的客餐厨区等。

The original negative floor has almost no lighting surface, which is relatively humid. The stairs are dark and narrow, and the steps are steep. · 设计师决定打开一侧的边花园、让光线倾斜而入，调整楼梯至此，就拥有了可以大手牵小手并肩上下的开阔明媚楼梯间。

The design team decided to open the side garden on one side to allow the light to enter obliquely. By adjusting the stairs, there is an open and bright stairwell that can go up and down side by side with big hands and small hands.

· 光线充盈洒入负楼层，负二层雅静明亮的多功能休闲厅顺势而就，还设置了独立鞋帽间、钢琴区、巧妙小型运动区等；让负一层拥有了开阔阳光的客房套间，还见缝插针的设置了藏酒阁等。

材质与色彩

前期运用专业色彩分析，整理出家庭成员主要喜好是整洁有序的空间感，同时需要一定家的温暖质感。整个空间以当代的利落，包容天然石材的纹理、自然风蚀感的干粉砂浆墙面，又被细腻的混油雅彩木饰面平衡；不同色度的木纹饰面里的暖意穿插运用；父母房的一抹干净暖棕，夫妇房的雅致白，儿女房各自的一抹淡彩蓝与薄雾粉……让黑白灰的无彩色表达也变得温情起来。

随心沉浸的节奏感

Immersive rhythm

走进这个住宅，光线与清风兀自对流，风、光、影的每一个瞬息流变，与空间、居者交织出恰到好处的温情气息，木与石于来自自然的一抹暗调质感绿里调剂家的馥郁暖调，隐没在块面、色彩与节奏的振颤中，呈现一种静谧优雅的画面结构和感官体验。

Walking into this residence, the light and the breeze are convective, and every momentary change of wind, light and shadow interweaves with the space and the occupants to create a just right warm atmosphere. Wood and stone are in harmony with a touch of dark texture from nature. 去除多余墙体的开放式形态贯穿在公共区域中，空间流淌着一种律动，光影变幻，浓淡相宜，滋味万千，自然的取材唤醒静谧的美感。开阔宽敞的布局、行云流水的几何线条，在一体化轮廓之内，消弭了客餐厅的边界感，统一而富有细腻感的视觉冲击，定格下舒畅喜悦的空间场景。

与自然和光线的互动

运用空间内建筑思维，架构梳理，开侧花园下沉贯穿于负楼层，让光成为空间最好的引路者。
