这是为老年父母、中年夫妻、一对小儿女三代共居一室打造的家。原户型面积不算大，又是叠拼下叠，原始负楼层几乎没有采光面，比较潮湿，楼梯间黑暗狭窄步陡，要满足5个休息功能房，以及孩子们的学习厅、家庭多功能厅、和常规的客餐厨区等。

· 设计师决定打开一侧的边花园、让光线倾斜而入，调整楼梯至此，就拥有了可以大手牵小手并肩上下的开阔明媚楼梯间。

· 光线充盈洒入负楼层，负二层雅静明亮的多功能休闲厅顺势而就，还设置了独立鞋帽间、钢琴区、巧妙小型运动区等；让负一层拥有了开阔阳光的客房套间，还见缝插针的设置了藏酒阁等。

前期运用专业色彩分析，整理出家庭成员主要喜好是整洁有序的空间感，同时需要一定家的温暖质感。整个空间以当代的利落，包容天然石材的纹理、自然风蚀感的干粉砂浆墙面，又被细腻的混油雅彩木饰面平衡；不同色度的木纹饰面里的暖意穿插运用；父母房的一抹干净暖棕，夫妇房的雅致白，儿女房各自的一抹淡彩蓝与薄雾粉……让黑白灰的无彩色表达也变得温情起来。
